Who we are

The Coach's Toolbox is operated by Lowery and Wood Consulting, in the United States. Questions: trevor.wood@loweryandwoodconsulting.com.

What the app stores

Plays, your roster, lineups and games are saved in your browser's storage on your device. The app does not send them anywhere: it makes no network calls with your data, has no accounts, and uses no cookies, ads or analytics.

Data leaves your device only when you choose to export it: an image, a printout or a backup file. What you do with those files is up to you.

Players and children

A roster can hold the names of minors. Because it never leaves your device, we never see or hold it. Think before you share an exported lineup or backup file, and follow your league's rules on sharing players' names. The app is for coaches and is not directed at children under 13.

Hosting

Vercel hosts this site and the app files. Like any web host, it keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the service. Those logs do not contain your plays or roster.

Changes

If we add analytics, accounts or cloud sync, we will update this page first and say what changes. This policy covers the United States only.
